Feeling Anxious?

If you are feeling anxious and find yourself struggling to relax why not try a simple breathing exercise.


It is designed to help slow down your breathing and put you in control to help reduce your stress and anxiety levels.


Called the 7/11 breathing technique, the simplest way to practice is to try 3/5 for the first few attempts. This involves breathing in for 3 and then out for 5. Repeat this technique for about 6 times and you should notice a difference in your breathing.
